The Prediction Gold Rush: Seven technology companies building new exchange infrastructure
Prediction markets are no longer a curiosity at the edge of gambling. They are becoming a serious technology proposition, with companies building the infrastructure to let operators offer markets on sport, politics, economics, technology and culture.

GamblingIQ’s annual platforms edition, Game of Trust 2026, takes a closer look at seven companies building the technology behind prediction markets in The Lucky 7: Predictor Tech.
Leading the feature is Matchbook B2B, with CEO Ronan McDonagh at the centre of a business with more than two decades of exchange experience. Its B2B proposition covers white-label exchange technology, pricing services, corporate risk management and fully managed prediction markets, giving operators a route into the category without having to build the underlying machinery themselves.
Matchbook has already put that technology to work with ADI PredictStreet, who FIFA appointed as its Official Prediction Market Partner for the World Cup. Matchbook has another live case study in easyBet, whereby the two companies teamed up for a peer-to-peer proposition. It became Matchbook’s first white-label opportunity, putting its technology under another brand and opening the exchange model to a different audience.
At No. 2, BetConstruct AI has extended its platform into prediction markets through EventBook, covering real-world events from sport to politics. Its partnership with ADI PredictStreet brings prediction-market technology and live streaming into the wider BetConstruct ecosystem.
SOFTSWISS is already seeing substantial demand. It launched its prediction-market proposition in April 2026 and, according to GamblingIQ, passed 50 signed projects within three months, with more than 30 already live within two months of launch. Its product covers politics, economics, technology, sport and culture without requiring operators to build a dedicated trading operation. Slotegrator entered the category in May with Predictor, using a peer-to-peer model in which players trade positions on binary outcomes rather than betting against the house. Operators can integrate it into an existing sportsbook or casino through a single iframe, with setup taking less than a day and individual events created in around 30 seconds. That makes the proposition particularly interesting for operators looking to test prediction markets without committing to a major standalone technology project.

Shift Markets, at No. 5, is taking the white-label route. Its April 2026 platform allows businesses to launch prediction markets under their own brand, connect them to existing accounts and wallets and access aggregated liquidity from established venues. Founded in 2009, the company already specialises in white-label trading for exchanges, brokers, fintechs and iGaming operators.
Then comes ProphetX, the US-native, federally regulated business building a B2B prediction-market platform. It raised $35 million in July 2026 to scale that proposition and has partnered with Agg Market to expand access to ProphetX prediction markets through the Solana blockchain. Through the integration, ProphetX says every contract is accessible through Agg Market’s Solana-based platform.
Turbo Stars is next. Its Polybetting product provides an operator-side prediction-market stack covering venue connectivity, a normalised operator view, reporting and same-wallet integration with casino or sportsbook. Turbo Stars is B2B-only and builds infrastructure for licensed operators across PAM, multi-product wallets, bonus engines, CRM, fraud orchestration, KYC and AI personalisation. Polybetting sits alongside its Turbo Stars Platform, Turbo Sports and T-Hub products, making prediction markets another component of a wider operator technology stack.
