GR8_TECH, the iGaming platform provider, is the fastest frontend on the market after rebuild and Catchpoint benchmark test
Built from the ground up and benchmarked against 15 operator brands, GR8_TECH recorded a 1.72-second Speed Index, compared with an average of 5.3 seconds.

GR8_TECH, the iGaming platform provider, has rebuilt its frontend from the ground up — and says the result is now the fastest on the market. The claim follows a Catchpoint benchmark test of 15 operator brands across multiple devices, regions and network conditions. GR8_TECH recorded a 1.72-second Speed Index, against an average of 5.3 seconds. The numbers make for a striking comparison.
And, according to Sergey Ghazaryan, CRO at GR8_TECH, speed is no longer simply a technical measurement buried somewhere behind the scenes. It directly affects what happens when a player arrives on a site.
“I’m not a tech guy,” he says. What he cares about is what speed does for operators. “A faster platform removes friction between acquisition and action. The player clicks, and things happen.”
This has involved one of the biggest engineering projects in GR8_TECH’s history. The company has migrated its entire frontend from React to Qwik, a move designed to reduce the amount of work left for the player’s device. Instead of downloading and processing large amounts of code before a page can respond, the new approach allows pages to react almost instantly. Good for slower connections and less powerful smartphones.
GR8_TECH says the advantage grows in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, where networks can be patchy and players are more likely to be using budget devices. The Catchpoint benchmark is one measure of the result. GR8_TECH also points to a separate Lighthouse performance test, where most of the sites tested scored between 50 and 60, while GR8_TECH scored between 90 and 95. For operators, the commercial argument is straightforward. Every player arriving at a site represents an acquisition cost. The longer it takes for pages to respond, the more opportunities there are for friction to creep in before a player registers, deposits or places a bet. The company says its geo-specific set-ups can bring together local content, payments and engagement already configured for the market, while the faster frontend allows the experience to run more smoothly on the player’s device. But GR8_TECH is keen to stress that this was not simply a facelift for the front end.
Sergey Ghazaryan: “The tech upgrade spans the entire platform. Every GR8_TECH solution with a player-facing frontend, from the sportsbook to white label, now has vastly superior load time compared to the industry at large.” That wider platform includes five core solutions. GREAT_TURNKEY brings together sportsbook, casino, PAM, seamless wallet, payments, CRM, CMS, affiliate management, KYC and responsible gambling, BI, risk and anti-fraud in one back office.

GREAT_CRYPTO TURNKEY is built around a crypto-native, innovative proposition, while GREAT_SPORTSBOOK combines in-house trading with CRM, risk and anti-fraud tools. GREAT_CASINO AGGREGATION provides access to a large library across slots, live casino, bingo, instant and TV games, while GREAT_CASINO WHITE LABEL is positioned as a faster route to market for operators.
The company says its white-label solution can launch in three weeks, with market entry already proven in LATAM. Then there is the less glamorous part of the story: getting the technology rebuilt in the first place. GR8_TECH says the migration touched every part of the platform, involved a large engineering team and took a long time to deliver. That, Ghazaryan argues, is precisely why competitors cannot simply copy the result.
“That’s also why it’s hard to copy. There’s no single feature a competitor can bolt on.” For an industry where platform providers compete relentlessly over products, integrations and features, GR8_TECH is making its case with something rather more fundamental. Speed. And after recording a 1.72-second Speed Index against a 5.3-second average, it believes the fastest route through the platform may simply be the one that gets out of the player’s way.
